Tecumseh Community Development Corporation may provide financial assistance as loans, loan guarantees and/or equity investments. New or existing entrepreneurs may access an investment fund providing the following conditions are met:

 Applicants may qualify for financial assistance if:

• An application for financing has been turned down by one local financial institution.
• Appropriate security is available.
• The business is within the Tecumseh Community Development Corporation service delivery area.

Terms of Loans

• The maximum loan is $150,000.
• Loan approval is based upon business viability, credit worthiness of the applicant, client equity and the creation/maintenance of jobs.
• Maximum amortization is 10 years.
• Interest rates are competitive to industry standards.
